2100 Solutions Consulting operates as a boutique business-to-business practice founded in 2003 by William Fulbright. Our earlier brand, QA2100, reflected a focused mandate in software quality, test strategy, and delivery leadership. The 2100 Solutions Consulting identity followed as engagements expanded into broader application and process transformation. Company history describes that evolution without inventing dates we have not verified.
