About the company

2100 Solutions Consulting is a boutique B2B practice described on this site as combining technology and process consulting heritage (software quality, engineering, and process design) with structured sourcing and supply workflows for business buyers. Public pages explain the QA2100 heritage and Charlotte-area base. This is general company positioning—not a contract or guarantee of specific services in every case.

The site publishes a timeline from the QA2100 brand through founding in 2003 and the 2100 Solutions Consulting identity, without inventing dates that are not verified. For narrative detail, read the company history page rather than third-party directories.

The consulting overview lists practice areas such as Agile and application delivery, software testing and QA leadership, performance testing architecture, process engineering and BPM, software assessment and modernization, and cloud-enabled delivery consulting. The site states that scope is confirmed during enquiry—not every area is active on every engagement. Sourcing, import/export, product supply, and distribution are separate supply-chain services on the same website.

Services and engagements

For consulting, use the contact form with category “Consulting services” or read the consulting services overview and our approach page. For sourcing or supply needs, use Request a quote or the product catalogue. Binding project work requires written agreement beyond website forms—the consulting terms framework explains this distinction.

Contact messages should include a clear subject and enough context for us to route your message (category helps). Sourcing requests should describe requirements, quantities, destination country, and target dates where known—the form labels which fields are optional. We do not publish required turnaround times for responses on this site.

For consulting, scope and deliverables are intended to be defined in a signed agreement or statement of work—not by website copy alone. For supply workflows, scope often flows through sourcing requests, quotations, and accepted quote terms visible in the customer portal. The site does not auto-generate consulting SOWs.

No. Submitting a contact message, sourcing request, or registration does not by itself create a binding consulting or supply contract. Accepting a quotation in the portal records agreement to that quotation’s customer-visible terms—it is not payment or shipment confirmation. See website terms and consulting framework for detail.

Use the contact form and describe your need. Choose the closest category (consulting, sourcing, general, or other). We may clarify fit before proposing next steps. The site does not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.

Software development and quality

In general industry terms, software quality assurance (QA) is the discipline of planning and improving processes so that software meets defined requirements and risk tolerances—covering testing, reviews, and delivery practices. 2100 Solutions Consulting describes QA and test strategy as part of its consulting heritage on this site; specific QA engagements require scoping in writing.

Generally, testing strategy defines what to verify, when, and with what evidence—aligned to architecture, release cadence, and risk. Application development produces the system under test; strategy connects business requirements to automated and manual testing. Our site presents these as related consulting themes; we do not publish a single mandatory methodology for all clients.

Performance testing (general information) evaluates how a system behaves under load—response times, throughput, and stability—against non-functional requirements. The consulting overview mentions performance testing architecture as a practice area. Tools, environments, and success criteria would be defined per engagement, not on this FAQ.

Typically through structured assessment (code, architecture, operations, and quality practices) followed by prioritized recommendations. This site describes software assessment and modernization as a consulting theme. Starting point for a conversation with us: consulting enquiry via contact—not an automated assessment tool on the website.

Accounts and enquiries

Business customers register with contact and business details. New accounts are created with pending status until staff approve or reject them. Only approved customers can access the portal for sourcing requests, quotations, and orders. Registration shows a notice linking to privacy policy and website terms.

Use the forgot-password flow from the login page to request a reset link by email. If your account is pending, rejected, or suspended, portal access may remain blocked until status changes—account status pages explain next steps for signed-in users in those states.

Signed-in users can update profile and business profile fields where the forms are available. For broader access, correction, or deletion requests, use Your privacy rights and the contact form (category “Privacy request”). The site does not offer a one-click download of all stored data.

Use the contact form (you will receive a reference number when your message is submitted successfully), or reach us using the phone, email, and address shown on the Contact page and in the site footer. For detailed product or sourcing specifications, Request a quote may capture structured fields. Rate limits apply to reduce abuse.

Recruitment

Browse open roles on Careers, open a vacancy, and sign in (or register) to apply. Each signed-in user may submit one application per vacancy. You upload a CV and may add a cover letter. Applications receive a reference number.

The apply form requires name, email, and a CV file (PDF or Word within the published size limit). Phone and cover letter are optional. Later, staff may send information requests through the applicant portal asking for written responses. Offer details may include compensation text and downloadable offer letters when issued.

Track status under My job applications when signed in. For privacy questions about recruitment data, read the recruitment privacy notice and contact us with category “Privacy request” or a message referencing your application reference number. We do not publish guaranteed response times.

You should receive confirmation when the application is recorded (email when mail is configured). Status may progress through review, interviews, information requests, or offers depending on the role—visible statuses appear on your applicant timeline; internal recruiter notes are not shown. Closed roles stop accepting new applications. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring timelines on this site.

Privacy and website use

Depending on how you use the site: contact and sourcing form data, account and business profile fields, portal activity, job application and CV data, worker payout and wallet details for eligible workers, session and security logs, and similar categories described in the Privacy policy. Market ticker data on the crypto page is fetched server-side without sending your wallet information.

The implemented site uses essential session and CSRF-related cookies (and optional “remember me” when selected). We do not deploy analytics or advertising cookies in the current codebase. Typography may load from fonts.bunny.net. See the Cookie policy for details—no consent banner is shown because non-essential tracking cookies are not used today.

Use the contact form with category “Privacy request”, or use published contact details when available. Describe your request (access, correction, deletion, objection, etc.) and information to verify identity. See Your privacy rights for limitations such as backups and file retention.

Privacy policy, cookie policy, recruitment privacy, your privacy rights, website terms, acceptable use, disclaimer, consulting terms framework, and worker payout terms are linked from the footer and from the Help centre legal index on policy pages.

Worker payouts

Only users with an approved worker account role may access the worker payout area and submit requests. Customer portal accounts and public visitors cannot use this workflow. This is not customer checkout or inbound company payment processing.

The request receives a reference number and enters a status workflow (for example submitted, under review, approved, processing, paid, rejected, or cancelled). You may cancel while status is submitted. Administrators review and update status; notifications may be sent when email is configured. We do not publish guaranteed processing times.

Staff with payout admin access record payment evidence manually in the admin workflow—for example transaction hash, paid amount, asset, network, and timestamps where applicable. This is operational data entry, not automatic blockchain settlement by the website.

No. The site checks that a wallet address matches expected format for the selected network. It does not cryptographically prove that you control the wallet. Never enter private keys or seed phrases.

No. The application does not integrate automatic on-chain verification. Transaction hashes and payment details recorded as paid are supplied through staff review processes. Confirm receipts with your wallet history and any off-site documentation provided to you.
