Website terms of use

Rules for using 2100solutions.com, the customer portal, and related online tools operated by 2100 Solutions Consulting.

Website operator: 2100 Solutions Consulting (public-facing name for this site).

Business contact: [email protected]

Location (marketing): Our practice is described publicly as based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This is not a substitute for a registered business address on formal notices.

Pending publication: The formal legal contracting entity name and registered address used on contracts and some privacy notices are not yet published on this website. When company management and qualified counsel confirm those details, they will appear in this section. Until then, use the business contact email above for website-related correspondence.

For privacy-specific requests, use the contact form with category Privacy request, or see Privacy & complaints contact.

These terms govern your use of this website and implemented online features. They are not legal advice and do not by themselves create a consulting, employment, or supply contract. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable use policy.

1. The service

We provide a public marketing site, product catalogue, enquiry and quotation workflows, an approved customer portal, careers applications, and (for eligible workers) worker crypto payout request tools. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

2. Accounts and security

  • Registration — Business customers may register with accurate information. Accounts start as pending until we approve or reject them.
  • Credentials — You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Approval and status — We may approve, reject, suspend, or reactivate accounts according to our business rules and applicable law.
  • Profile deletion — You may delete your account from Profile settings where available; see Your privacy rights for limitations.
  • Worker accounts — Worker payout access is limited to approved worker roles; it is separate from customer portal access.

3. Submissions and forms

When you submit contact messages, sourcing requests, portal actions, job applications, or worker payout requests, you agree that:

  • Information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and lawfully obtained.
  • You will not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringes others’ rights.
  • Rate limits and technical controls may apply to reduce abuse.
  • We may use submissions to operate workflows described in our Privacy policy.

4. File uploads

  • Recruitment CVs — Upload only documents you have the right to share (PDF or Word, within published size limits). Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or unrelated highly sensitive data.
  • Malware — Do not upload files intended to harm systems or users.
  • Offer letters — Files we provide to applicants are for their recruitment process; do not redistribute without permission.

5. Quotations, orders, and commercial terms

Accepting a quotation in the portal records agreement to the line items and customer-visible terms on that quotation—it is not payment or shipment confirmation. Specific commercial obligations are defined on quotation and order records and any separate signed agreement, not by general website copy alone.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (text, branding, layout, and materials we provide) is owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and download content for your personal or internal business use in connection with the site. You may not scrape, systematically copy, or republish the site for competitive or unlawful purposes.

You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a limited license to use submissions to operate the site and related workflows.

7. External links

The site may link to third-party sites (for example social profiles). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must comply with our Acceptable use policy, including restrictions on unauthorized access, interference, and misuse of other users’ data.

9. Disclaimers

General site content is informational. See our General disclaimer. Consulting descriptions on the site are not binding project agreements—see Consulting services terms framework.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the site and online tools on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use where exclusion is permitted. Specific liability limits and remedies require counsel-approved wording—see below.

Governing law and disputes (pending): Choice of law, courts or arbitration, and any monetary liability caps for use of this website will be stated here after review by qualified counsel. Nothing on this page is intended to override non-waivable rights that applicable law may provide to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Check the version line at the bottom of this page.
